The Concert Consulting Group, LLC (“TCCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
We operate theconcertconsultinggroup.com and provide live event and concert production consulting and advisory services. We primarily serve clients in the United States.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it or when it is automatically generated by your use of our site.
a. Contact Form (via Formspree)
When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
b. Newsletter / Guest List Signup (via Formspree)
If you opt into our Guest List, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. You will receive marketing and industry communications from TCCG. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
c. Scheduling (via Calendly)
When you book a call through our Calendly integration, Calendly collects the information necessary to schedule and confirm your appointment, which may include your name, email address, and phone number. This data is handled in accordance with Calendly’s own privacy policy.
d. Payment (via Stripe)
When you purchase a paid session, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your credit card number or financial account details. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards and their own privacy policy.
e. Automatically Collected Information
We do not currently use website analytics or tracking cookies. If we add an analytics service (such as Google Analytics) in the future, we will update this policy before it takes effect.
Our website loads Google Fonts from Google’s servers, which may result in your browser making a direct request to Google. We do not control what data Google collects through this process.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to contact form inquiries.
- Send marketing communications to Guest List subscribers (opt-in only).
- Schedule and conduct consultations.
- Process payments for services.
- Analyze website usage to improve our site and services.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
4. Cookies
We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. Some third-party tools we use for scheduling and payment, such as Calendly and Stripe, may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect certain site functionality. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this section and, where required, provide a cookie-consent option.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how your data is handled:

- Google Fonts (typography, loaded from Google’s servers)
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

- The right to request deletion of your personal information.
- The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. (We do not sell personal information.)
