1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at theconcertconsultinggroup.com, booking a consultation, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any services.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and The Concert Consulting Group, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“TCCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Who We Are
The Concert Consulting Group, LLC is a boutique consulting and advisory firm specializing in live event and concert production. Our founder, Theron Rodriguez, spent 30 years in the live music industry, from stagehand to Director of Production at AEG Presents.
We advise venues, promoters, production companies, artist managers, touring artists, independent artists, and aspiring and emerging production professionals.
3. Description of Services
All services provided by TCCG are advisory and consultative in nature, delivered via scheduled video or phone calls. Services include but are not limited to:
- Show advancing and settlement
- Production management and stage management
- Vendor negotiation
- Contract and rider review
- Catering and hospitality advisory
- Venue relations
- Music industry career coaching
What our services are not: TCCG does not provide legal advice, financial advice, accounting services, or any physical production services. Nothing communicated in any consultation constitutes legal, financial, or accounting counsel. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, booking, revenue figure, or career advancement as a result of our services.
You are responsible for all decisions you make based on information received in a consultation.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services from TCCG. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
5. Free Intro Call
TCCG offers a complimentary 30-minute introductory call. This call is a mutual evaluation to determine whether a consulting relationship is a good fit. It is not a consultation and does not include billable advisory services. TCCG reserves the right to decline or discontinue a consulting relationship at any time.
6. Booking, Scheduling, and Cancellation
Consultations are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling platform. By booking a call, you agree to Calendly’s own terms of service.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booked call with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the scheduled call time are subject to forfeiture of the session fee at TCCG’s discretion.
Cancellation by client: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled call are non-refundable.
Cancellation by TCCG: If TCCG must cancel a scheduled call, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule at your choice.
No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled call without prior notice, the session fee is forfeited.
7. Payment
Payment for billable sessions is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize TCCG to charge the applicable fee. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
Service offerings and current rates:
- Free 30-Minute Intro Call: No charge.
- One-Hour Consultation: $225.
- Five-Hour Prepaid Block: $750, billed in full at the time of booking, used across multiple calls on a retainer basis at $150 per hour.
Rates are subject to change. Any rate change will not affect sessions already paid for.
8. Refund Policy
Single sessions: A full refund is available if requested within the first fifteen (15) minutes of a scheduled call. Once a call has ended, fees for that session are non-refundable.
Prepaid time blocks: Prepaid blocks are billed in full at booking. Any unused time remaining in a block is refundable within 24 hours of the client’s written request to close out the block. Unused time is calculated in full minutes based on actual call durations.
Example: A client purchases a five-hour block, uses one hour during one call and one hour and twenty minutes during a second call. The client then requests to close out the block. The remaining two hours and forty minutes are refunded within 24 hours of that request.

9. Confidentiality
Your information: TCCG will not disclose confidential business information you share during a consultation to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
Our information: The consulting methodologies, frameworks, processes, and institutional knowledge shared during consultations are the proprietary intellectual property of TCCG. You may apply what you learn to your own professional practice. You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute TCCG’s methods or materials without written permission.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on theconcertconsultinggroup.com, including but not limited to text, copy, design, graphics, and branding, is the property of The Concert Consulting Group, LLC and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website or any TCCG service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Attempt to extract proprietary methods or frameworks for resale or redistribution.
- Engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or abusive toward TCCG or its personnel.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TCCG provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information provided. We do not guarantee that any advice will result in a specific outcome.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Concert Consulting Group, LLC and its members, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or this website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to TCCG in the 30 days preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Concert Consulting Group, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to clients with active bookings or prepaid blocks.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of TCCG services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
